30 AMP Sites:

50 AMP SITES:
Day - $27.00
Week - $160.00
Month - $480.00

Dry Storage

Day - $2.00
Week - $12.00
Month - $40.00
6 Months - $200.00
Year - $350.00

Dry Camping

Day - $12.00
*Only if no full hookups are available.

Arizona Sales Tax and Electricity included. Rates are for 2, additional quest(s) extra. Maximum 2 weeks. Visa and MasterCard accepted. Adults only.

Rigs/Trailers over 15 years old subject to manager approval.

Deposit Amounts

Visits of 1 week or less require a one night deposit.
Visits of 1 month or longer require a $100 deposit.

Cancelation Policy

Full refund with at least 48 hours notice.
1 night stay deducted if less than 48 hours notice or no show.

Check-Out Time Is 11:00 a.m.

If you wish to stay longer, please check with office prior to 10:00 a.m.

We take credit cards (Discover, MasterCard & Visa).

Resident’s overnight visitors must register at front office.
