Arizona Sales Tax and Electricity included. Rates are for 2, additional quest(s) extra. Maximum 2 weeks. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
Adults only.

We do no not charge for ANY extras such as taxes, electricity, surcharges, A/C, Wi-Fi, use of Pool or Showers because everything is included in the advertised price.

Rigs/Trailers over 10 years old subject to manager approval.

Deposit Amounts

Visits of 1 week or less require a one night deposit.
Visits of 1 month or longer require a $100 deposit.

Cancelation Policy

A minimum of Three (3) Days notice, before your arrival date, is required for a full refund of any deposit. Any cancellation/delay made thereafter, or a "non-arrival" on the Reserved date, will result in a forfeit of 1 nights' fee.

Check-Out Time Is 11:00 a.m.

If you wish to stay longer, please check with office prior to 10:00 a.m.

We take credit cards (Discover, MasterCard & Visa).

Resident’s overnight visitors must register at front office.
