All year we provide Free Ice for our guests from the new Commercial Ice maker. Our Residents are also provided with Picnic Tables, a Heated Pool, Book & Video Library, Billiard Hall, Gym, Free local Phones, and park-wide Wi-Fi.

Some guests receive multiple (or even all 8 signals) from their site. But, some guests have difficulty in using the Wi-Fi. All guests receive at least one signal from our 8 antennas and 5 high speed telephone lines entering Desert Trails property. The better (and more flexible) their antenna, the stronger the Wi-Fi signal is, on their computers. Even after upgrading our system, Desert Trails cannot guarantee 24/7 connectivity. We pay for the most bandwidth available, but still cannnot allow any "Video stream" - which hijack large portions of the system. Jan. Feb. and the first part of March seem to be the slower periods for average computers.

We have 230 RV sites. Each of the last 2 years, the months of Oct. Nov. Dec. March and April have increased by 25 - 30% more occupancy. This allows a full Activity Calendar to remain in place longer each season.

Baseball training has ended in Tucson and we no longer receive TV over the airwaves in our area, so we might not increase our business as fast as before.

During peak season only - a large dry camping over flow area is available if all our 230 full hookup sites are taken. More details available by request.
